Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum years of general experience of the tenderer in the supply of electro-mechanical works asSupplier shall be 5 (Five) years.2. The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor or subcontractor or management contractor of atleast 1(one) similar works successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least500.00 (Five Hundred) lac in which PABX, CCTV, Conference system, nursing calling system works shall be included.3. In case of work done other than pwd, specific experience certificate shall be duly verified by concernedExecutive Engineer of pwd under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.4. The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/ credit facilities (Must beunconditional and provided in form of letter of commitment of Banks undertaking for line of credit (FormPG3-8) in Original form) of Tk.500.00 (Five Hundred) lac. PG3-8 form is attached in Section-6.5. Manufacturer's Authorization letter (e-PG3-6) for all items described in the tender shall be submitted.6. Spare parts supplying assurance certificate for minimum 5 years from the manufacturer.7. After sales service assurance certificate from the manufacturer.8. Valid ISO certificate for manufacturer shall be submitted with the tender.9. The intending tenderers must Enclosed VAT Registration certificate, income tax certificate, up-to-datetrade license and up-to date ABC/BC Electric license and supervisory license issued from electric licensingboard, Government of Bangladesh.All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS, PCC& Section-6 of e-tender document must be fulfilled.* Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP System.
