Project Name : Establishment of 6 centers of BITAC in Gopalganj, Sunamganj, Barisal, Rangpur, Jamalpur and Jessore districts(1st revised)
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods & related services as supplier shall be 05 (Five) years.2. Specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply and installation of VRF Air Cooler system in a single contract with a minimum value of Tk 45.00 (Forty Five) lac in any government/semi-government/autonomous/private organization within last 05 (Five) years from the date of IFT.3. The minimum amount of liquid assets of the Tenderer shall be TK 65.00 (Sixty Five) lac in the form of a letter of commitment for bank's undertaking for line of credit (Form e-PG3-8) without alteration issued not earlier than twenty eight (28) days of the deadline for submission of Tender only.4. Manufacturer-s Authorization Letter (e-PG3-6) shall be submitted.5. Sole Agent/Distributorship Certificate from Manufacturer shall be submitted.6. Assurance certificate for supplying of spare parts for minimum 05 (Five) years from the Manufacturer/Authorized Distributor.7. Assurance certificate for after sales service from the Manufacturer/Authorized Distributor.8. Up to date valid ABC category Contractor & Electrical Supervisory License (FY 2025-26).9.
