Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tender is open to all eligible Tenderer who hasa) Up to date valid Trade License (FY 2025-2026).b) Valid TIN & VAT registration Certificate.c) Up to date valid Income Tax Clearance Certificate (FY 2024-25).d) The minimum of years of general experience of the tenderer in the supply of Goods & related services as supplier shall be 05 (Five) years.e) Specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply & installation of Similar Nature Goods in a single contract with a minimum value of Taka 250.00 (Two Hundred Fifty) lac in any government/semi- government/autonomous organization within last 05 (Five) years from the date of IFT.f) The minimum amount of liquid assets of the tenderer shall be Taka 162.00 (One Hundred Sixty Two) lac in the form of a letter of commitment for bank's undertaking for line of credit (Form e-PG3-8) without alteration issued not earlier than twenty eight (28) days of the deadline for submission of Tender only.g) Up to date valid ABC category Contractor & Electrical Supervisory License (FY 2025-26).h) Valid Manufacturer's authorization letters for each of the proposed CCTV system, Pump Motor set, Solar Panels, Inverter for solar power system, lightning arrester system, compound lightning system, computer networking system projector and multimedia system (Form ...
