Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 10 (Ten) years.ii) A satisfactory completion of a simillar nature of work of at least Tk 25.00 Lac under 01 contract over a period of 10 years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspapera) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.iii) The tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk.90.00 Lac during the last 10 years preceding the date of invitation of the tender.Only payment certificated will be counted for turnover calculation. No completion certificate will be treated as payment certificate.The Tenderer must submit a summarized Turnover Calculation sheet of last 10 years.iv) The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk.20.00 lac. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.v) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be 30.00 lac.The Tenderer must submit Tender Capacity Calculation sheet with the following supporting documents i) Maximum value of Works performed in any 1 year during last 10 years and ii) Value of Existing commitments and works to be completed during the next 12 months.vi) The Tenderer must enclose up-to-date Trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, valid VAT registration certificate, along with the Tender.vii) Up-to date ABC categ... - Documents:
