Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : All Tenderers of Govt./Semi Govt/Autonomous/Corporate body are Eligible having following qualifications/capacities:i)Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 05 (five) years of general experience in Building/ construction works.ii) Having Specific Experience in Successful completion of at least one (01) Number of Similar works (Construction of Ancillary & Security fencing Works of Construction of 1250 sft Quater, Construction of Principle's & Director's Residence, & Construction of Emergency Staff Dormitory) of Tk 250 Lac. in a single (01) contract during last five (05) years. The work Certificate for successful Completion of work shall have to be issued by the authority concerned/Executive Engineer of concerned department duly verified by the Executive Engineer of PWD under whose Jurisdiction the work has been completed.iii) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual Construction turn over during last five (05) years Tk 2000 Lac. Supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender.iv) Having minimum liquid asset amounting Tk 300 Lac. Supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender. Credit Commitment issued by any scheduled bank should be fully unconditional as per (Form PW3-7) attached with the tender document. Any deviation of this form will results the tender non-responsive.v) The tender security shall in the form of a Bank draft or Pay order or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled Bank of Bangladesh.vi) If any tenders total amount of quoted rate is more than 10% less/above than the official cost estimate ,that tender will be non-responsive.vii) The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk 270 Lac. viii) Tenderer must follow all other t... - Documents:
