Project Name : Establishment of 500-Beded Hospital & Ancillary Buildings in Jessore, Cox's Bazar, Pabna and Noakhali. (1st revised)
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (A) Minimum Number of General Experience in Construction Works Shall be 10 years.(B) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1(one) contract of R.C.C frame structure building with Auditorium including Civil ,Sanitary & Internal Electrification works amounting a value of at least Tk. 18.00 (Eighteen) Crore with successfully completed in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05 years.(C) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover amounting Tk. 38.00(Thirty Eight) Crore. This must be supported by total certified payment received for contracts in progress or work complete under Government / semi-Government / autonomous organization of Bangladesh during last 05 years.
