Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Reputed Contractors/Construction firms of Government /Semi- Government / Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh are Eligible having following qualifications/capacities:i)The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Building/Construction works shall be 10 (Ten) years.ii) The minimum specific experience in Similar kind of Civil, Sanitary, and Electrical works of BDT 8.50 Crore successfully completed under maximum one (01) contract within the last 5 (Five) years in Government /Semi- Government / Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.iii) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual Construction turn over during last five (05) years Tk 20.00 crore, Supporting documents is to be submitted with the tenderiv) The minimum liquid asset amounting of BDT 6.0 Crore , supporting documents are to be submitted with the tender. Credit Commitment issued by any schedule bank should be fully unconditional as per (Form PW3-7) attached with the tender document.
