Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This Invitation for Tender is Open to all Tenderers with Qualifications as Mentioned Below:(A) The Minimum Number of Years of General Experience in Construction Works Shall be 5 years.(B) (i) The minimum specific experience as a Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of Site Development Work of Tk 11.00 Crore or more in a single contract in Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (Five) years.(ii) In Case of Work Done Under PWD The Certifying and Authenticating Authority Should be The Concerned Executive Engineer and In Case of Works Under any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization other than PWD, The Certifying Authority shall be an Officer not Below the Rank of Executive Engineer and The Same Duly Verified by The Concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of That District Under Whose Jurisdiction the Work been Done.(C) The Tenderer shall have a Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of Tk. 12.00 Crore in public sector during Last 5 Financial years, estimated from the publishing date of IFT. Related Payment Certificates Must be Submitted along with Tender.(D) The Tenderer must have a Minimum Liquid Assets/Cash flow capacity/Credit facilities/Credit Line Tk. 2.00 Crore Only and Must be Issued Within 28 Days up to The Last Date of Lodgment of The Tender and must be followed by the appropriate format (PW3-7).(E) The Minimum Tender Capacity must be Tk. 15.00 Crore.
