Project Name : Establishment of 500-Beded Hospital & Ancillary Buildings in Jessore, Cox's Bazar, Pabna and Noakhali. (1st revised)
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : i)Minimum general experience of Tenderer in Construction works shall be 05(five) years. ii)Minimum specific experience in Similar kind of Construction,Supply,Installation, and commissioning of Sewerage Treatment Plant(STP) works of minimum capacity 300 KLD of BDT 3.20 Crore successfully completed under maximum one(01) contract within last 5(Five) years in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. iii)Tenderer shall have minimum average annual Construction turnover during last five(05) years BDT 8.50 crore,Supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender.iv)Minimum liquid asset amounting of BDT 2.75 Crore,supporting documents are to be submitted with tender. Credit Commitment issued by any scheduled bank should be fully unconditional as per specific Form(e-PW3-8) attached with tender document. v) Tenderer must submit manufacturer authorization letter.For assurance of after sales service,tenderer must submit distribution-ship agreement copy with manufacturer. vi)Sewerage Treatment Plant and all FRP Tanks must be from same manufacturer.The FRP Tanks produced by STP manufacturer must be certified UL/EN/ASME RTP 1 and relevant documents with authorized international third party test report must be submitted. vii) Minimum Tender capacity shall be BDT 4.00 ...
