  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Contractors/Construction firms of Government /Semi- Government / Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh are Eligible having following qualifications/capacities:i)The minimum general experience of the Tenderer in Electro-mechanical(EM) works shall be 10 (Ten) years.ii)The minimum specific experience in Similar kind of Fire Detection & Protection System Works of Medical College & Hospital Buildings of BDT 3.75 Crore successfully completed under maximum one (01) contract within the last 5 (Five) years in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.iii)The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual Construction turn over during last five (05) years Tk 9.00 crore, Supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender.iv)The minimum liquid asset amounting of BDT 2.00 Crore , supporting documents are to be submitted with the tender. Credit Commitment issued by any schedule bank should be fully unconditional as per (Form PW3-7) attached with the tender document. Any deviation of this form will result the tender non-responsive.v)If any tenders total amount of quoted rate is more than 10% less/above than the official cost estimate, that tender will be non-responsive.vi)Manufacturer-s Authorization Letter is required for Fire Pump set, Fire detection system, & Fire protection system.vii)The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk 4.00 crore.viii)Tenderer must submit the following up to date documents:a)Trade license.b)Registration book.c)VAT Registration Certificate.d)Latest Income Tax Clearance certificate.e)Authorization letter of Tenders' representative duly attested by the Tender.f) Tenderer must have up to date ABC category Contractory and Supervisory license from electrical ...
