Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of similar work of tk.- 60.00 Lac. in a single contract in Government /Semi-Government / Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (Five) years.4. The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk. 58.00 lac .5. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line of the Tenderer shall be Tk97.00 lac.6. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 78.00 lac.7.A Manufacturer-s Authorization Letter is required as per TDS8. The tender must possess:(i) TIN Certificate(ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.(iii) Up-to-date trade license.(iv) Up-to-date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.(v) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.9.Terms and conditions as uploaded in Section No-7 and Attached Specification are uploaded in Section No-7 that uploaded Specification will be treated as attached specification with this item No-1
