Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :A) The reputed bidders shall have minimum 5 years of general experience in supply, installation, testing & commissioning of lift and escalator.B) Satisfactory completion of similar nature of lift supply, installation, testing and commissioning worth not less than Tk. 60 (Sixty) Lakh only in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Bodies (Criteria of work certificate authentication is described in special terms and conditions of STD) of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years.B) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or Letter of Commitment for Banks Undertaking for Line of Credit (as per Form PG3-8) ofTender and Contract Forms must be submitted for this purpose of the successful Tenderer shall not be less than Tk. 65 (Sixty Five) Lakh.C) Updated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration CertificateD) Updated ABC/BC category contractory & Supervisory license issued form Electrical Licensing Board.E) All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC & Tender data Sheet (TDS) & Tender documents.And documents attached to Section-06 of this tender must be maintained & fulfiled. F) The bidder shall submit a certificate stating that minimum 20 Nos. of lift of proposed brand and proposed country of origin. A certificate in prescribed form must be attested by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD which stated that minimum 15 of those 20 lifts have installed and have been running successfully in Bangladesh.
