Project Name : Upgradation of the Existing Kidney Dialysis Centre of Medical College Hospitals upto 50 beds and Establishment of 10 beded Kidney Dialysis Centre at District Hospitals.(1st revised)
Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : i)The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works as prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor shall be 05 (five) years.ii) The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor in similair types of work within the last 5(five) years with a value of at least Tk.18.00 (eighteen) lac in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization.iii) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover Tk15.00 (fifteen) lac over the last 5 (five) financial years. Payment certificates of works contract in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.iv) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit facilities as PW2a-3 format of the Tenderers shall be Tk15.00 (fifteen) lac.v) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk21.00 (tweenty one) lac. To calculate minimum tender capacity the tenderer must be submitted list of certified payment for ongoing or completed contract as PW2A-2B format under any public sector for the year in which maximum value of works performed within 5 years from tender publication date in e-GP portal.vi)Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.vii) The tenderers must possess up-to-date trade, ABC license, Supervisor license, VAT registration and Income TAX certificate.
