Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05(Five) years.(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of Similar Types of Work successfully completed in Govt. / Semi-Govt./ Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05 years, with a value of at least Tk. 17.00 Lac under single contracts or tenders.(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.15.00 Lac in the last 5 years.(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit facilities as PW2a-3 format of the Tenderers shall be Tk15.00 (fifteen) lac.(e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk 21.00 Lac.(f) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.(g)The tenderer must possesi) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificateii) Valid VAT registration certificate.iii) Up-to-date trade licenseiv) Up-to-date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, GoB.All other conditions in TDS, PCC, ITT,GCC ,Section 1 to 9 of document part and all necessary documents must submit in e-PW3 format. Otherwise tender will be rejected.
