Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : A) The reputed tenderer shall have minimum 5 years of general experience in building construction and repair works.B) Satisfactory completion of similar nature of work worth not less than Tk. 17.00 (Seventeen) Lakh only in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Bodies of Bangladesh during last 5 years.C) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 years amounting of Tk. 30.00 (Thirty) Lakh.D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital/credit line of the tenderer shall be Tk. 15.00 (Fifteen ) Lakh in standard tender document format from scheduled bank of Bangldesh.E) The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk. 18.00 (Eighteen) Lakh.F) Up-to date Trade License, up to date ABC License, up to date Supervisory License, up-to date Income Tax Clearance and up-to date VAT Registration Certificate .G) All other conditions as mentioned in TDS, Section-2 , Section-4 and special terms & conditions as well as detailed specification uploaded in section-8 of tender documents must be fulfilled.H) According to PPR-2008 and ITT, Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than Ten percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tenderer will be rejected
