Project Name : Establishment of 560 model Mosque and Islamic Cultural Centers in each Zila & Upazila of Bangladesh (2nd Revised)
Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer insupply and installation of goods as Prime Contractor shall be 5 years.(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 1 (One)number of supply of similar nature goods amounting to tk. 4.00(four) laccompleted within the last 5(Five) years in Government/SemiGovernment/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.(i) In case of the supply done under PWD, the certifying and authenticatingauthority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer, under whom the work hasbeen executed.(ii) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD, the certifying authorityshall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.(c) Average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk 4.00(four) Lac over thelast 5(Five) years in Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organizationof Bangladesh supported by payment certificates.(d) The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e working capitals orcredit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 4 (four) Lac. Document ofLiquid Assets submitted along with the tender must be issued in betweenpublication date and submission date of the tender. Certificate of unconditionalLiquid Asset must be in the form of letter of commitment of Bank for line ofcredit to the Tenderer in favour of the supply in the prescribed form, otherwisethe tender will be summarily rejected.(e) The Tenderer must have up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate,Trade licence and VAT Registration Certificate.
