Project Name : Establishment of 560 model Mosque and Islamic Cultural Centers in each Zila & Upazila of Bangladesh (2nd Revised)
Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Reputed Contractors/Firms who have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience in Construction Works.b) Must have successful completion of at least 1 (one) number similar nature of works/ RCC Frame structure Works including Civil, Sanitary and Electrification works of Government / Semi Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years minimum amounting Tk.1000.00 Lac (One Thousand Lac) only in a single Contract. Last 05 (Five) years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.c) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turn over amounting Tk.2100.00 Lac (Two thousand One hundred Lac). This must be supported by total certified payment received for contracts in progress work complete under public sector during last 05 ( Five) years.d) The minimum amount of liquid asset/working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amounting Tk.415.00 Lac (Four hundred Fifteen Lac). Document (Scan copy only) submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose which is attached in Tender Documents of Section-5 : Tender & contract form (Form PW3-7). Otherwise the tender will be Non-Responsive.e) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 1250.00 Lac (One thousand Two hundred Fifty Lac).f) Tenderer must have upto date valid Trade License, Income Tax Clearence Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, ABC Category Electrical Supervisory License.
