  Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer shall have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP.The Tenderer shall have minimum specific experience of completed contract(s) as a Prime Contractor, supplying Security Guard to Govt./ Semi-Govt./ Autonomous bodies/ Multinational Companies/ Banks within last 05 (Five) years having contract value of at least of BDT 3,00,00,000.00 (Three Crore) only under maximum 03 (Three) numbers of contract; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP.The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least BDT 2,75,00,000.00 (Two Crore Seventy Five Lakh) over the last 03 (Three) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be BDT 75,00,000.00 (Seventy Five Lakh).The following terms and condition shall also be applicable for this tender, Violation of which will result in non-responsiveness of the Tenderer.If a Tenderer has one running contract/ NOA for the supply of manpower in DPDC, the said tenderer can participate.If a Tenderer has two or more running contracts/ NOA for the supply of manpower in DPDC, the tenderer is ineligible to participate in this tendering process.Tenderers who have running contract for the supply of manpower having less than 06 (Six) months remaining period at the time of invitation will be treated as having no running contract.A Tenderer will not be awarded more than one contract from the Tenders for Engagement of Security Guards through outsourcing within the jurisdiction of Chief Engineer, NOCS North, Central and South, DPDC.
