Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer shall have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP. The Tenderer shall have minimum specific experience of completed contract(s) as a Prime Contractor, supplying Security Guard to Govt./ Semi-Govt./ Autonomous bodies/Multinational Companies/ Banks within last 05 (Five) years having contract value of at least of BDT 3,75,00,000.00 (Three Crore Seventy Five Lakh) only under maximum 03 (Three) numbers of contract; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP.At least 70% completed in terms of contract price will be considered as 01(one) complete contact. For running contract, certified billed amount will be considered only.The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least BDT 1,00,00,000.00 (One Crore) over the last 03 (Three) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be BDT 1,00,00,000.00 (One Crore).Salary and Festival Bonus of supplied manpower,Logistics & Others and Contractor's Commission must comply as specified in TDS.A Tenderer can participate in maximum 02 (Two) nos. of Tenders out of 03 nos of Outsourcing Security Guard tenders [Tender ID: 850131,850161 and 850164] and Contract will be awarded for a single Tender only.
