Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer must possess -i) Up to date valid Trade license ii) an up-to-date income tax clearance certificate from NBR (2024-25) iii) a Valid VAT registration certificate from NBR The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 years.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least in simillair nature successfully completed within the last 05years, each with a value of at least Tk. 1.00 Lakh.The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 1.50 Lakh over the last 03 financial years .Payment certificates for contracts in progress/completed under the public sector must be submitted along with tender supporting annual average construction turnover.The minimum amount of liquid assets next to other confidential commitments of the successful Tenderer shall be Tk. 1.00 Lakh. The letter of commitment for Bank-s Undertaking for line of credit is to be issued from the concerned Bank in between the publication date and the submission date of this tender in the format as specified (STD Form PW3).
