Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Tenderer shall have the Specific experience of satisfactory completion of similar Nature of works(Installation, Refurbishment, Earthing or Yearly Emergency Maintenance Recovery and Renovation works of 11KV, 11/0.4KV, 0.4KV Overhead Lines and Distribution Transformers along with related services) under Govt/Semi Govt./Autonomous/ Sector Corporation organization amounting not less than taka 500,000.00 (Five lac) only as a prime contractor in single contact/work order within last 5 year.2. Tenderer shall have the avarage annual turnover of greater than taka 600,000.00 (Six lac) only over the last 3 years.3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be taka 500,000.00 (Five Lac) only which shall be supported by bank statement and the statement will not be before the tender publication date in the e-GP portal. Tenderer those who will submit credit facilities from the bank, they should submit letter of commitment for Bank's undertaking for line of credit.4. Joint Venture/ Consortium shall not be eligible for this tender.5. The tenderer shall have legal capacity to enter into the contract.6. The tenderer shall have valid trade license, Vat return certificate, Income Tax certificate (With acknowledge slip/certificate) and ABC electric license.7.If any tenderer doing 2(two) yearly emergency installation, repair, recovery and re-installation of 11kv, 11/0.4kv & 0.4 kv overhead lines and distribution transformer in DPDC will not be eligible for this tender.8.All other terms & conditions are available in the Tender document.
