Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as outlined below:1. General Experience: Reputed contractors/firms who have a minimum of 5 (five) years of general experience.2. Specific Experience: Experience in the successful completion of Electro Mechanical works amounting to a minimum of Taka 2500.00 Lac in a single contract, in Bangladesh Government sector during the last 3 (Three) years.3. The bidder must have an average annual turnover of at least Taka 3500.00 Lac over the last five years. The bidder shall provide relevant payment certificates or documents from the National Board of Revenue (NBR) to support the claimed turnover.4. Liquid Assets/Working Capital: The minimum amount of liquid assets for the tenderer shall be Taka 3000.00 Lac. [Only Letter of Credit (LoC) commitment for the bank's undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW2a-3)], issued no earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of deadline for submission of the tender, is acceptable. Submission of a Tender Bank Solvency Certificate or Bank Statement will not be entertained.5. Required Documents:- Updated Trade License, BIN, IRC, PWD Enlistment, VAT Registration- Updated Income Tax Clearance Certificate from NBR6.
