Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This Invitation for Tender (IFT) is open to all eligible Contractor/Supplier/Manufacturer registered in e-GP system meeting the following criteria:a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 5 (Five) years*.b) The minimum specific experience of at least 1 (One) contract of similar nature of electrical repair work successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years*, of a value of at least Tk. 6,00,000.00 (Tk. Six Lakh) under any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 11,00,000 (Tk. Eleven Lakh) over the last 5 (Five) years*.(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 11,00,000.00 (Tk. Eleven Lakh). Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be submitted in prescribed form published by BPPA.(e) The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.(f) The Tenderer must have up-to date ABC/BC Category Contractor and Supervisory license issued from Electric Licensing Board.g) Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) & Particular Condition of Contract (PCC) of tender documents.h) PPA 2006 and PPR 2025 shall be followed.* Years counting back...
