Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience in construction works.(b) Having experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) Number of construction work of minimum Tk. 700,000 (Seven lakh) in a single contract in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 years.Number of years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.(c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 years of Tk. 8500000 (Eighty five lakh). Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.(d)The minimum amount of liquid assets in form of working capital or credit facilities of Tk 700,00,0 (Seven lakh). In case of Line of credit, certificates must be unconditional and specified for this work only submitted in the prescribed Form of CPTU from any scheduled bank.(e) The minimum Tender Capacity shall beTk. 700,000 (Seven lakh )(f) Up to date ABC category Contractory & Electrical Supervisory license issued from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board must be submitted.(g) up to date Trade License, Income Tax clearance and VAT registration certificate must be submitted.
