Project Name : Renovation and repair of record rooms in the office of the Deputy Commissioner
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for Tender is open for all eligible Tenders as mentioned below:(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 years.(b) The minimum specific experience of the Tenderer at least 01 (one) contract of similar work [Supply, installation, testing & commissioning work of electrical items of building ] completed within the last five (05) years with a value of at least Tk 25 (twenty five) Lac of Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies in Bangladesh. (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System).(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 30 (thirty) Lac over the last 5(Five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT. A summary sheet of last five years Turnover to be submitted with all supporting documents. For Turnover calculation, Financial Year wise payment Certificate from Concern PE is required.(d) The minimum amount of free fund i.e working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 30 (thirty) Lac .
