Eligibility of Tenderer : 1.The minimum number of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply works shall be 03 (Three) years.2. A satisfactory completion of same Nature of work of at least Tk.75,000.00 ( Seventy Five thousand only) as a prime contractor under single contract/work order over the period of last 03( Three) years shall be required. Date will be counted from tender publication date.(Work order & Completion Certificate will be enclosed).03. The required average annual turnover shall be greater than taka 75,000.00 ( Seventy Five thousand only) over the last 03 (Three) years. Date will be counted from tender publication date. (Work order & completion certificate are to be enclosed).04. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be taka 85,0000.00(Eighty Five Thousand only) only which shall be supported by bank statement or Bank certificates of valid credit facilities not before Tender publication Date.05. The tenderer shall have legal capacity to enter into the contract.06. The Tenderer shall have Valid and up to date Trade license, VAT Certificate & Income Tax Return Acknowledgement Certificate07.
