Eligibility of Tenderer : As per TDSAnd the followingi) valid Trade license of current year.ii) current income tax certificate with TIN no/ certificate from the competent authority stating that current income tax return has been submitted quoting TIN number.iii) VAT registration certificateiv) The amount of the tender earnest money of BDT1,60,000.00 (One Lac Sixty Thousand) only (Refundable) in favor of Biman Flight Catering Centre (BFCC) in the form of Bank Draft/Pay order/Bank Guarantee from a schedule Bank of Bangladesh. The validity of earnest money must be 120 days from the date of opening of the tender.v)Bidder should have sufficient cash flow to supply the tender items throughout the tender period smoothly. As proof of solvency, the bidders shall submit recent Bank Statement/certificate (Min. previous 12 month and not older than 30 days from the date of tender opening) showing the minimum liquid assets or credit facilities not less than 100% of the total quoted price .vi) Must have minimum similar experience of 03( three) works at Local or international airport. certificate/certificates of same work must be submitted.vii) Catalogue of products/ items must be presented with the offer otherwise offer will not be entertained.viii) Certificate of Manufacturer authorization/ distributor ship / Agency certificate must be submitted along with the offerix) Certificate of country of origin must be attached along with the offer
