Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Only local manufacturers who have an updated ISO standardization certificate and an industrial license to produce uPVC materials will be allowed to bid on this tender. The bidder also has a registration from the Board of Investment, the Government of Bangladesh, and 05 (Five) years of overall Manufacturer experience certificate for those particular/respective materials enclosed with the offer.The satisfactory completion of similar types of goods with a minimum of Tk.4500000.00 (Forty Five Lakh) only under a single contract in the last 05 (five) years. The test of the sample of uPVC pipe and Fittings will be carried out at KUET/BUET/MIST. The bidder must pay the test charges to KUET/BUET/MIST for each lot before testing.Tenderers who supplied uPVC materials at any office of BADC and did not correct the defects in time within the defect-s liability period are not eligible to participate in the tender. Valid and updated Trade License, Income Tax Certificate, VAT Registration certificate, and liquidity asset certificate from the scheduled bank should be submitted.Payment shall be made subject to the availability of funds. No claim in this regard will be entertained.
