Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Reputed Contractors/Construction firm who have minimum 5 (five) years of general experince in construction works having a satisfactory completion of similar nature of works as specific experience at least Taka 6,50,000.00 (Six Lakh Fifty Thousand) under a single number of contract over a period of last 5 (five) years counting backward from the date of publishing the tender shall be required.2. Enlisted contractor of BADC or from any other government agency, division, autonomus, semi autonomus body or corporation who havea) Valid trade licence with up to date renewal.b) Valid TIN certificate with up to date Income Tax Certificate.c) VAT registration Certificate.3. Minimum amount of liquid asset is Tk. 6,50,000.00 (Six Lakh Fifty Thousand).Regarding this purpose only Bank statement (from the date of publishing the tender in web site to the date of the submission of tender by the tenderer) will be consider.4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be Tk. 5,00,000.00 (Five Lakh) over the last 3(Three) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.5. The tenderer must have all other eligibilities mentioned in the tender document (TDS).6. Terms and conditions mention in the file : Special turms and conition (Uploaded in section-8) will be applied.7. Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No claim in this regard will be entertained.
