Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The intending tenderers must enclose VAT/BIN Registration certificate, Income Tax certificate and up-to-date Trade License.b) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 years.c) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in similar nature (outsourcing of driver) of at least 1 contract successfully completed in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 5 years, with a value of at least Tk. 8.70 Lacs. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT)d) The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/Credit line (s) (must be in the form of PW2a-3 in original form & must be unconditional) of Tk. 5.0 Lac. e) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 6.00 Lacs in the last 5 years. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT) Payment certificate for contracts (only Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization) in progress or completed must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.f) Driver's salary must not be less than Tk 17992/- (Ref: As per order of ministry of finance vide memo-07.00.0000.000.153.99.0001.21-178; date-15.04.2025). Otherwise Tenderer will be non-responsive.g) Service commission must not be less than 5%. (Ref: As per order of CPTU vide memo no- 21.00.0000.363.22.992.18-143; date- 17/07/2019)h) VAT must be 15% on salary & service commission.All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
