Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works or dredging works as Prime Contractor, Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 3 years.2. The Tenderer (s) should have its owned 1 ( One ) no. minimum 18 " dia cutter suction dredger(s) in good condition along with ancillary crafts/ vessels and required shore & floating pipes. tenderer (s) also should submit their dredger with ancillary crafts specifications specifying equipment particulars (ownership paper,registration, survey report, etc).3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in dredging works of at least 1 contract (s) of similar nature, successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 3.50 Crore.4. The minimum required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 6.50 Crore over the last 05 years.5. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 1.5 Crore6. Tenderer must have Up-to-date Trade Licence Certificate, Income tax certificate, and VAT Registration Certificate7) The conditions mentioned in the tender documents are also applicable to the tenderer.8) In case of joint venture all the partnerrs should have own minimum 18" inches dia cutter suction dredger in good condition .9) Other terms & conditions as per tender documents.
