Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer as Prime Contractor, Subcontractor, or Management Contractor in the construction or dredging works shall be 5 (Five) years.2. The Tenderer(s) should have own 02 (Two ) nos ( minimum One no. 24 " inches or more dia ) cutter suction dredger (s) in good condition and free Dredgers. Tenderer(s) should also submit Registration, Up-to-date survey certificate of their dredgers and other ancillary craft .3. The Tenderer (s) should submit Certificate/Authentic document mentioning the Dredger's suction diametre.4. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in the dredging works in coastal area at least 1 contract(s) of similar nature, successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 6.00 (Six) Crore.5. The minimum required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 13.00 (Thirteen) Crore over the last 05 years.6. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 3.00 Crore7. The Tenderer (s) must have Up-To-date Trade License; TIN Certificate & tax clearance certificate or acknowledgment receipt of tax return; VAT Registration Certificate etc.8.
