  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The work of the package may be totally dropped, decreased or increased as per field condition/design/administrative approval/budgetallocation for which no claim will be entertained for cancellation of the tender/Issuance of work order.2) Payment will be made subject to the availability of fund.
