Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : Contractors in Govt., Semi-Govt. and Autonomous Govt. Agencies, who have :(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 years.(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor having experience in Dredging with construction of dyke/Land devlopment works in at least 1 (one) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Tk.16 Crores. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper](c) Minimum average annual construction turnover in the last 05 years preceding the date of submission of tender is not less than Tk. 30 Crores.(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be not less than Tk. 5.5 crores. Liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) original certificate must not be issued before 2 months since the date of the tender opening and the tenderer should follow the Form as per CPTU format for line of credit.(e) The minimum capacity shall be:Tk. 20 Crores.(f) Attested copies of all necessary supporting documents shall have to be submitted along with the tender that are to be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent with their contact address and Telephone number.(g) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10% above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
