Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1.Minimum 3 years General Experience in the field of Vessel/Pontoon/Offshore Structure construction/repair/rehabilitation works as Prime Contractor.2. The Minimum Specific Experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 01 contract in the field of Vessel/Pontoon/ Offshore Structure construction/repair/rehabilitation works under Government/Semi Government/Autonomous/Maritime Organization of similar nature, successfully completed within the last 03 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 92.30 Lac.3. Valid up-to-date trade license certificate.4. Latest TIN & TAX clearance certificate.5. VAT Registration Certificate.6. Latest ISO Certificate.7.Tenderer shall submit Litigation Certificate.Tenderer shall submit litigation certificate in favor of his claim that his/ her organization has no dispute such as liability of defects delay delivery and accidents etc with BIWTC.8. The tenderer shall submit the up-to-date Fire License Certificate.9.Minimum 2000 Metric Ton Slipway Lifting Capacity Certificate from DOS/MMO/BUET/Bangladesh Maritime University(BMU) or Equivalent Government Authority. Tenderer should have IACS member approved Shipyard/Dockyard.10.Original Bank solvency certificate.11.The required Average Annual Turnover for vessel/pontoon/offshore structure construction/repair shall be greater than Tk 110.50 Lac over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.12. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 97.50 Lac.13. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer Shall be Tk. 65.00 Lac. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be submitted in the form (e-PW2(a)) of letter commitment of Bank for line of credit to the Tenderer in favor of work otherwise the tender will be rejected.14.The tenderer shall submit Audit Report of last 03 (three) years.
