Eligibility of Tenderer : 01. The Tenderer must be an owner of a dockyard/shipyard.02. The tenderer must have updated NOC from the Depertment of Shipping as Dockyard/Shipyard.03. The tenderer must have updated foreshore license from BIWTA.04. The tenderer must have updated Environmental Clearance Certificate from Department of Environment(DoE).05. The tenderer must have updated Fire License from Bangladesh Fire Service & Civil Defense Department.06. The tenderer must have experience in the docking repair works of ships, pontoons, ferries, barge or any type of self propelled vessels under public sector as Prime Contractor.07. Tenderer must hire the Floating Dock of BIWTA at Shyampur for the docking of the pontoon and submit the required letter from competent authority (i.e. Chief Engineer (Marine) or Superintending Engineer (Dock), Mechanical & Marine Engineering Depertment) of BIWTA for the purpose of using the floating dock.
