Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents:a) As described in tender document (STD).b) Tenderers must be 1st class electrical contractor having valid ABC license from electrical licensing board of Govt. of Bangladesh.c) Tenderers must have minimum 5 (five) years general experience in construction and renovation of 33kV or 11kV, 11/0.4kV & 0.4kV distribution line and installation of distribution transformer work from WZPDCL, DPDC, DESCO & BPDB Otherwise it will be rejected.d) Work completion certificate of similar work at minimum 1 (One) contract value of tk 02 (Two) Lakh. The experience certificate must be issued from previous employer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.e) Tenderer must have up to date income tax (e-TIN) clearance, VAT registration and valid trade licensee, National ID (NID), Key personnel (with NID, Photograph and necessary certificate), Tools and Authorization letter.f) Annual audit report from a recognized Chartered Accounting firm for the last 3 (three) years. Average annual volume of turn over must be tk. 2.5 (Two Point Five) lakh at Minimum. All payment Records related with the turnover must be submitted by the tenderer in accordance with related years.g) Liquid assets from bidder's banker(s) minimum 1.6 (One point six) Lakh to successfully complete the contract .h) The provisions laid down in the PPA-2006, PPR-2008 & BPRfor e-GP including latest all amendment and STD will be followed.i) Tender Security Should be submitted only by Bank draft or Pay order .(Executive Engineer, Sales and Distribution Division-1, WZPDCL, Jashore.
