Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : (i) Attested copy of valid manufacturer/authorized distributorship certificate (where applicable).(ii) Attested copy of valid Trade License of current year.(iii) Attested copy of certificate from the competent authority stating that current Income Tax Return has been submitted quoting TIN Number/e-TIN Number.(iv) Attested copy of Up-to-date (i.e. having 11 digits) valid VAT Registration Certificate.(v) Duly attested copy of proprietorship/partnership deed/memorandum of association/certificate of Incorporation (Not applicable for Indenter & Importer).(vi) Letter naming the person authorized to sign on behalf of the Bidder.(vii) Delivery schedule must be mentioned in the offer(viii) Value is to be quoted on the basis of supplying items at Local Receipt Section, Procurement & Logistics Support Directorate, Admin. Building, Biman, Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, Dhaka basis.(ix) Payment will be made after delivery of goods/items through cheque.(x) 02 (Two) packs samples must be submitted by the bidder. Noted that interested bidder may submit sample from 28-10-2018.(in office hours of working days) to 1200.hrs(LT) of tender closing date.(xii) Successful bidder also must be submitted 02 (Two) Packs working sample before contact agreement.(xiii) 10% security money on total value must be submitted after issuing the notification of award.(xiv) Biman Bangladesh Airlines reserves the right either to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
