Eligibility of Tenderer : The bidder must have Valid Updated Trade License.The bidder must have Valid TIN Certificate with updated TAX Return Document.The bidder must have High Voltage Electrical installation, testing & commissioning work experience of minimum 132 kV Voltage level of BDT 2.20 crore (Two crore twenty lakh only) in a single contact within last 05 (Five) years.The bidder must have bank solvency or credit line of BDT 2.50 crore (Two crore fifty lakh only)The bidder must have Annual Construction Turnover of BDT 3.0 crore (Three crore only) over Last 03( Three) years.At least one of the above contract must have civil construction experience of min. one Transformer fire/blast wall and one Transformer foundation pad in a live substation within the last 03 years,Tenderer must attach the catalogue with specification of supply items.The bidder must have to mention the manpower list specified in TDS (17.1)The bidder must have to mention the test & other equipment list specified in TDS (18.1) All types of Insurance Cost must be borne by the contractor as specified in TDS/PCC (37.00) All designs and drawings are to be submitted by the contractor.
