Project Name : Improvement of Nutrition and Reduction of Poverty through Mushroom Cultivation
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk. 3.00 Lakh (Three Lakh Taka) under 01 (One) number of contract(s) in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years.b) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05(Five) years of Tk. 4.00 Lakh (Four Lakh Taka).c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. Tk. 4.00 Lakh (Four Lakh Taka).d) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk Tk. 4.00 Lakh (Four Lakh Taka).e) The Tenderer must possess: i) Up to date trade license. ii) Valid VAT Registration certificate from concerned office. iii) Up to date income tax clearance certificate.g) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (ten) percent above or below the official estimated cost, the tender will be rejected.h) In case of tie for the evaluation price, the tenderer shall be selected based on the "Past Performance Evaluation and rating matrix for different aspects".i) Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet of tender document.
