Eligibility of Tenderer : The tenderer must submit the followings:(i) Copy of valid manufacturer/authorized distributorship certificate (where applicable).(ii) Copy of valid Trade License of current year.(iii) Copy of certificate from the competent authority stating that current Income Tax Return has been submitted quoting TIN Number/e-TIN Number.(iv) Copy of Up-to-date (i.e. having 11 digits) valid VAT Registration Certificate.(v) Copy of proprietorship/partnership deed/memorandum of association/certificate of Incorporation.(vi) Letter naming the person authorized to sign on behalf of the Bidder.The tenderer has to fulfill/agree to the following conditions:(i) Delivery schedule must be mentioned in the offer.(ii) Value is to be quoted on the basis of supplying items at Local Receipt Section, Procurement & Logistics Support Directorate, Admin Building, Biman, Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, Dhaka basis.(iii) 02 (Two) pcs samples (Non-refundable) must be submitted by the bidder. Noted that interested bidder may submit sample from the floating date of tender (in office hours of working days) to 1400hrs (LT) of tender closing date. All participants are requested to submit sample in their letter head pad describing the complete specifications duly signed by the bidder.(iv) Biman Bangladesh Airlines reserves the right either to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason thereof.For Successful bidders:(i) The successful bidder also must submit 02 (Two) pcs working sample before contract agreement.(ii) 10% security money on total value must be submitted after issuing the notification of award.(iii) Payment will be made after delivery of goods/items through cheque.
