Project Name : Renovation and repair of record rooms in the office of the Deputy Commissioner
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The tenderer shall have minimum 5(five) years of general experience in building construction.b) The tenderer must have an experience in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of Similar nature works with a value of at least Tk 1.00 lac through a single contract during last 5 (five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization of Bangladeshc) The Tenderers must have a minimum average annual Construction Turnover of Tk 8.00 lac during last 5 (Five) Years.d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 1.30 lac only.e)The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk- 1.00 lac only.
