Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Minimum specific experience as prime/ sub/ managememnt contractor in at least single contract of similar nature of works amounting Tk 5,50,000.00 (Five Lakh Fifty Thousand only) completed within last 3 years.b) Tenderer must submit up to date Income Tax clearance certificate, up to date Trade License.c) Required Annual Average Construction turnover shall be Tk 16 Lakh (Sixteen Lakh) over the best 2 of the last 5 (five) years.d) In case of JVCA, Terms & Conditions as mentioned in ITT 19.1 must be followed.e) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 8 lakh (Eight lakh) only as prescribed in Form PW3-7 (Original copy only). The Credit Commitment certificate must be within 28 (Twenty eight) days from the date of submission of tender.f) The minimum tender capacity of the tenderer shall be Tk 5.00 Lakh (Five lakh only). The tenderer must submit a calculation sheet in this regard. The tenderer must submit list of contract agreements, up to date payment certificate for on-going and completed contract under public sector. In case of JV, copy of agreement between leading and other partner shall be required.
