Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Consultant : 1. The minimum general experience of the tenderer in supplying of software and related services as supplier shall be 3 years. (supported by trade license)2. The contractor must have minimum experience in supplying outsourcing file scanning/ processed digital data/ data archiving to any PE as prime contractor worth value of at least Tk.10,00,000/-(Ten Lakh ) under single contract successfully completed within the last 3 years. (supported by completion certificate)3. The minimum amount of liquid asset supported by bank solvency certificate or credit line of the Tenderer shall be Tk.20,00,000/ (Twenty Lac).4. Tenderer must submit NID (proprietor/MD/partners), 13 digit VAT registration number, valid trade license and tax return acknowledgement/certificate of assessment year 2024-25 or 2025-26. N. B: Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-gp system.5. Must have a BASIS membership.
