  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer as Prime Contractor, Subcontractor, or Management Contractor in the construction or dredging works shall be 5 (Five) years.2. The Tenderer(s) should have 2 (two) nos. Long Boom Excavator with 2(two) pontoon (own/hire). Tenderer(s) should also submit ownership/hiring documens of their Long Boom Excavator and Pontoon.3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in the Digging/Excavation works at least 1 contract(s) of similar nature, successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk 1.00 Crore .4. The minimum required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 1.50 (Five) Crore over the last 05 years.5. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 40 Lakh.6. The Tenderer (s) must have Up-To-date Trade License; TIN Certificate & tax clearance certificate or acknowledgment receipt of tax return; VAT Registration Certificate etc.7. In case of joint venture all the partners should have ownership of minimum 1(one) nos. Long Boom Excavators(Own/Hire) and 1(one) nos. Pontoon(Own/Hire).8. And other conditions stated in STD.
