Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Only Local Manufacturer who have- (a) Industrial License of producing uPVC materials.(b) Minimum 5 (five) years manufacturing and supply experience of similar nature of goods .c) ISO or equivalent certificate in favour of the manufacturer of goods.d) valid trade license with up to date renewal.e) Valid TIN Certificate with up-to-date Income Tax Certificate.f) VAT registration Certificate.2. Minimum amount of liquid asset is 20,00,000/- (Twinty Lakh.) Regarding this purpose only Bank statement (from the date of publishing the tender in web site to the date of submission of tender by the tenderer) will be consider.3. The required average annual Supply turnover of goods shall be Tk. 30,00,000/-( Thirty Lakh.) over the last three (3) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.4. A satisfactory completion of Supplying of Similar nature Goods at least Tk. 16,00,000/- (Sxiteen Lakh .) under single number of contract over a period of last 5(Five) years counting backward from the date of publishing the tender shall be required.5. Submit Tender security should be 50,000.00 (Fifty thousand) only as per prevailing financial rules.6. The tenderers must have all other eligibilities mentioned in the tender document (TDS)7.
