Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The Minimum Five (05) years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-Contractor or Management Contractor. The minimum specific experience shall be the successful completion of single or multiple contracts (for multiple contracts, minimum value of a work should be BDT 5000000/=) of similar nature of works within the last Five (05) years, with contract value of BDT 14000000/= (One Crore Forty Lakh). Similar nature of works may include Cathodic Protection (CP) related works, Pipeline Construction with CP installation, supply of goods/materials together with installation/construction/development of Cathodic Protection under the same contract. Such experience may be as a Prime Contractor or Sub-Contractor or Local Agent in any Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous organization. Average annual construction turnover with a value of at least BDT 14000000/= (One Crore Fourty Lakh). The period may be best Three (03) years in the last Five (05) years. The Minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or unconditional credit line BDT 10000000/= (One Crore). The minimum Tender Capacity BDT 17000000/= (One Crore Seventy Lakh). Tender Security BDT 650000/= (Six Lakh Fifty Thousand). Tender Validity 120 Days. Duration 09 (Nine) month.
