Eligibility of Tenderer : At least 8 (eight) years- experience having valid updated trade license.A registered entity with RJSC certificate.Must be a Bangladeshi IT/ITES firm having up-to-date valid trade license, TIN, VAT registration, TAX clearance certificate.The tenderer shall have a minimum 08(Eight) years of general experience in design, development, implementation, operation and maintenance of web and mobile based applications/software/e-government/eService solution on govt. or private organization. The organization must have any web/mobile based software/application project value TK.30 (Thirty) Lakh at government level and need to provide the proof documents.The satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods is minimum Tk. 20, 00,000.00 (Twenty Lakh) under a single contract in the last 03 (three) years for govt. organization. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.Need to have minimum 5 full time ICT personal for this assignment (need to provide CV).7The bidder should submit the company profile describing capabilities and experienced professionals to execute the assignment.Must have BASIS general membership.Must have the audit report of the previous one year.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the firm shall be Tk. 30 (Thirty) Lakh (Along with Bank statement certificate).
