Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The Tenderers must have minimum 5 years of general experience of Construction works.2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1(one) no. contract of RCC Framed structure building including Civil, Internal Sanitary , Internal and external Electrification works successfully completed within the last 05 years with a value of at least Tk. 1000.00 lac under Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1500.00 lac in the last 5 years. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 years must be submitted along with the tender. Other formats are not acceptable.4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ working capital/ Credit facilities (in the PW3-7 form without any alteration & must be unconditional) Tk. 500.00 lac.5. The Tender Capacity is Tk. 1500.00 lac. Supporting information must be fill up as per enclosed form (Attached in section-7). Supporting documentary evidence must be submitted along with the Tender.6. The Tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, Income Tax certificate, up-to-date Trade license and Up-to date ABC Contractor and Supervisory License.7. Completion certificate of similar nature of work (As Specific experience) must be submitted in the prescribed format as per STD (PW3) of CPTU (attached in section-8)All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
