Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The tenderer should have a minimum of 5 years or more experience in development of Software Solution or related works/Services.b) Please submit the top relevant work experience successfully completed at least one (1) work/project in last three (3) years of similar nature (minimum 15 lac) and complexity, spatial data integration or interactive "Web-based Integrated Utility Billing System" or "Electricity Billing & Management System" with the Government of Bangladesh/the Private Sector/any international development partner.c) The bidder may be required to physically demonstrate the proposed working process. During this session, the Team Leader/Project Manager must present relevant experience and previous project involvement.d) Due to the critical nature of the Electricity Section of Mongla Port Authority and the requirement for immediate emergency maintenance, the bidder must have a registered branch office and a dedicated technical support team located within the Mongla or Khulna City Regione) The Bidder must have Annual Average Turnover of minimum Tk 30 Lakh in last three Yearsf) The Bidder must have Liquid Asset/ Credit Line Certificate of minimum Tk 30 Lakh from any Govt. Scheduled Bank.
